Since we started on the Luggage Transfer service we have had the opportunity to meet some very nice people. Sometimes in person but more often just to speak to on the telephone. People from all over the world and of course many of them from the U.K. Mr Phillip Williams was one of those people.

As we all know walking is a great way of getting active, so here is a plan that you can print off and use to get you going. The way to start is with a 20 minutes brisk walk around a route that you have measured out or around a route you are familiar with.
The Preseli Circle - Walking Trail

The PRESELI CIRCLE Walking Trail starts of in the small town of Fishguard in North Pembrokeshire and heads on down through the beautiful Gwaun Valley before opening up onto the majestical Preseli Mountains.
Taking care across the Preseli Mountains you eventually come to the market town of Crymych, heading north until you can go no further you move of down part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
It takes 6 days to walk and is 67 miles in length.
