Terms & Conditions - Wild Camping Trips
The following booking conditions, form the basis of your contract with Walkalongway for the wild camping trips in Pembrokeshire..
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
Payment in full, by cheque, BACS, PayPal or bank transfer required 20 days prior to commencement of trip - this is for either the North Pembrokeshire or Mynydd Preseli trip.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before commencement of your trip.
On Agreement with walkalongway there will be a discount of 5% available on full payments made 6 weeks prior to comencement of trip.
walkalongway should be informed of any ailments, food requirements or allergies before the commencement of the trip.
walkalongway will do all it possibly can to ensure a safe trip but the client is ultimately responcible for their own safety.
The company reserves the right to alter trip and planned itineraries due to weather, availability or other such extenuating circumstances.
Walkalongway does not accept any responsibility for damage to personal equipment during the trip.
