TERMS and CONDITIONS.
The following booking conditions, form the basis of your contract with Walkalongway for using our Luggage Transfer Service..
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
Payment in full, by cheque, BACS, PayPal or bank transfer required 10 days prior to commencement of transfers.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 5 days before commencement of your trip.
On Agreement with walkalongway there will be a discount of £1 per bag, per transfer available on full payments made 1 month prior to commencement of transfers.
Bags should weigh no more than 20kg.
There will be a 75 pence surcharge per kilo on bags over this weight.
The company reserves the right to refuse to move bags weighing over 20Kg and bags that are not safe due to condition or poor packing.
Extra bags will need to be paid for, at full price, in cash on the first transfer.
Walkalongway will make every effort to have the bags at your next accommodation by 4.00pm, you will be informed of any problems, breakages etc.
The company reserves the right to alter trip and delivery itineraries due to weather, availability or other such extenuating circumstances.
Walkalongway does not accept any responsibility for damage to luggage after it has been delivered to, and signed for, at your next accommodation.
