These courses are aimed primarily at businesses and groups for management and team building. These three day courses will consist of going out into different environments and giving you staff the chance to show their skills in management and leadership.

These courses will run throughout the year, with emphasis on the value for money, coming out of season.
There are two types of accommodation available:
First class accommodation will be in 5 star The Grove hotel, near Narberth in Pembrokeshire -
or
Basic accommodation staying at the Caerhafod Lodge near Croes Goch, which is 6 miles from St. Davids.
There is also a one day course available, to cover team leadership and working together. This one day course is ideal for local businesses and companies.
